University System of Georgia Scenario Planning Videos
In 2015, Dan worked with the University System of Georgia to build a set of scenarios that would inform their strategic planning. As part of that effort, Dan co-taught MOCS on scenario planning. The two MOCS focused split scenario planning into two parts. The first year identified uncertainties and built out a set of futures. The second year explored the impact of those futures on learning and strategy. As part of that work, Dan created a number of short videos to explain various aspects of scenario planning and scenario thinking. This page collects those scenario planning videos.
